Faye is the owner and president of Johnson and Fletcher Insurance, Inc., which she established in 1976. Prior to that, Faye worked in banking and financial services which led to a job with an independent agency. Her initiative, hard-work ethics, and willingness to succeed prompted her to open Johnson and Fletcher Insurance, Inc.

Faye has since achieved her Certified Insurance Counselor and Insurance Institute of America designations. Faye holds an insurance license for Variable Annuity, Life, Health, General Lines, Property and Casualty. In addition, she is active with the local association of independent agents as well as many other civic and community organizations.

Faye has extensive insurance, investments, and risk management experience. She understands your questions and has access to insurance companies that can provide you with the services and coverages you need at competitive prices.
